In this role, you will be responsible for driving the sales strategy, managing key client relationships, and meeting revenue targets. Your primary focus will be on expanding our customer base within the renewable energy sector, particularly in commercial and Industrial projects.
Key Responsibilities:
- Sales Leadership: Develop and implement effective sales strategies to meet and exceed revenue targets within the renewable energy market.
- Pipeline Management: Oversee the sales pipeline, from lead generation to closing, ensuring accurate forecasting and reporting.
- Customer Relationship Management: Cultivate and manage relationships with key clients, ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction and retention.
- Team Collaboration: Work closely with the Marketing, Product, and Customer Success team members to align sales efforts with company objectives and market demands.
- Market Analysis: Keep abreast of industry trends, competitor activities, and emerging technologies to inform sales strategies.
- Contract Negotiation: Lead negotiations and close deals that align with enSight’s business goals.
Requirements:
- Proven Sales Track Record: Demonstrated success in sales management of SaaS, or software-based solutions.
- Technical Proficiency: Familiarity with B2B sales strategies and an understanding of the technical aspects of renewable energy solutions, or a sufficient knowledge base that could serve as a stepping stone into the world of renewable energy.
- Client Management Skills: Exceptional communication and relationship-building abilities, with experience in managing complex customer relationships within large scale organizations.
- Sales Tools Expertise: Proficiency with CRM platforms (e.g., HubSpot) and sales tools like Sales Navigator.

We are looking for a dedicated and proactive Customer Success Manager to join our team and ensure that our clients achieve maximum value from our solutions.
In this role, you will be responsible for managing and nurturing client relationships, ensuring their success with our products, and driving customer satisfaction, retention and new sales. You will work closely with our customers to understand their needs, provide expert guidance, and act as a trusted advisor throughout their journey with eSights.
Key Responsibilities:
- Client Onboarding: Lead the onboarding process for new clients, ensuring a smooth transition and successful deployment of enSights' solutions.
- Relationship Management: Develop and maintain strong, long-term relationships with clients, serving as their primary point of contact for all post-sales activities.
- Customer Advocacy: Understand clients’ goals and challenges, advocating for their needs within the company to ensure product enhancements align with customer expectations.
- Product Expertise: Provide clients with expert knowledge and guidance on enSights' solutions, helping them to fully leverage our technology for their renewable energy projects.
- Issue Resolution: Proactively address any issues or concerns raised by clients, ensuring prompt and effective resolution to maintain high levels of customer satisfaction.
- Retention & Growth: Monitor client health metrics, identify opportunities for upselling or cross-selling additional services, and work to increase customer retention and lifetime value.
- Feedback Loop: Collect and share client feedback with internal teams to drive continuous improvement in product offerings and customer service.
Requirements:
- Proven Customer Success Experience: Demonstrated experience in customer success, account management, or a related role, within the renewable energy or technology sectors in the NAM.
- Communication Skills: Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to effectively manage client relationships and engage with stakeholders at all levels.
- Problem-Solving Abilities: Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with a proactive approach to identifying and resolving customer issues.
- Excels in a collaborative environment: Good ability to communicate and lead joint processes with peers from the sales, marketing and product teams
